North Norfolk is home to the National Trails Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path. The Norfolk Coast Path takes hikers from Cromer to Hunstanton, through a range of stunning scenery from marsh lands to dramatic cliff edges. It then takes hikers through the centre of Norfolk finishing in Suffolk’s Knettishall Heath Country Park. Combined, these trails are 93 miles, however most walkers and hikers chose to walk only sections of the trails.

Similarly the Weavers’ Way runs from Cromer to Great Yarmouth, named after Norfolk’s famous weaving industry it runs along dis-used railway lines, passing through a variety of surroundings including, stately homes, farmland, quaint market towns and the famous Broads.

For those wanting to explore the region away from these trails, North Norfolk has numerous walking and cycling routes that take visitors through countryside, along beaches and through traditional English villages.
