OWNING YOUR OWN HOLIDAY HOME
You can have your own little piece of our North Norfolk hideaway by owning your own holiday home based here at Woodland.
There are three levels of charges for holiday homes, divided into six areas: Rennie Hill, Hulver Hill, Small Piece, Plain Piece, Long Hills and Marlings Piece.
Your holiday home may be occupied during the period starting on the 2nd Friday in March through to the first Friday of the following January. This 43 week ‘season' means you can enjoy Christmas & New Year with us!
Charges for the 2009/10 ‘Season'
‘Rennie Hill': £1609, ‘Hulver Hill': £1859, ‘Small Piece', 'Long Hills', 'Plain Piece' & ‘Marlings Piece': £2069
These charges are for ground rent, mains water and sewage (payable in full or by Direct Debit over 7 months - charged pro-rata if sale made after season starts). Electricity is metered and invoiced twice yearly in March & September.
Choosing Your Holiday Home
We have brand new caravans on the park to help you decide which is the one for you. They might be ‘parked' on a plot but can be relocated to a vacant plot of your choosing.

If you choose a new caravan from one of our partner agents their quote will be inclusive of delivery to us. You can also search any main carvan manufacturer for more information about their caravans.
We sometimes have used caravans for sale, already sited and connected. These can be viewed at any time.
Please make sure you have chosen a plot to site your holiday home before you choose your caravan.
Siting Charges
A deposit of £2000 will be requested when you choose your plot to confirm your order and reserve your chosen plot. This deposit is for an option to purchase outright your chosen caravan and is non-refundable. Any deposit paid will be credited to your chosen caravan.
The chosen plot will be held until your caravan is due for delivery and siting- if this is longer than 3 months from the date the plot is reserved a proportion of the current ground rent will also be charged, being deducted from the deposit paid. A one-off siting fee of £1500 is charged for the siting, blocking& levelling of the caravan along with connections to mains water, drains and electricity. Gas service is by bottle propane (purchased from reception) and an extra charge for an automatic gas change-over valve is also made if one is requested.
