Housekeeping Assistant(s)

Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for cleaning to consistently high standards in our clubhouse, leisure facilities and our luxury hire fleet of lodges, cabins and caravans. We are interested to hear from people with housekeeping and cleaning experience who are interested in joining our team of part-time staff, working variable hours, dependent on demand but predominately on a Friday and Monday and occasionally during the week and during peak tourism and UK holiday season.

The role of Housekeeping Assistant includes:

  • Carrying out all cleaning tasks within our clubhouse – this includes cleaning our bar, restaurant, reception and offices
  • Carrying out all cleaning and housekeeping tasks within our luxury holiday lodge and caravan hire fleet
  • Carrying out routine leisure facilities cleaning
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Holiday Sales Receptionist

As a Holiday Sales Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, working as part of the Customer Experience Team to generate and maximise holiday booking opportunities.

Our customer interactions are as diverse as our workforce and that means, to be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and you will value the opportunity to regularly communicate and work with different people from diverse backgrounds, as part of a team.

As a Customer Experience Team Member, you are able to offer range of customer service and administration support assistance across the business, both front and back of house, as and when required. Team members model and demonstrate an exceptional understanding of customer service and hospitality care, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be passionate about helping people as well as, inventive, resilient and energised working in a dynamic and fast paced, working environment.

Tasks and responsibilities overview

  • To ensure service continuity by being well-organised, with the ability to maximise holiday and leisure sales opportunities to achieve team and personal targets.
  • To demonstrate excellent standards in personal and professional presentation and act as brand and relationship ambassadors at all times, welcoming guests, managing queries and methodically handling special requests.
  • To accurately and effectively complete business administration requests.
  • To work enthusiastically and professionally with different teams across the park in-line with the needs of the business, to ensure efficient team work and enable the highest standards of customer happiness.
