Me and my wife chose to come here for her 60th birthday getaway and weren't disappointed. The peace and quiet was just what we needed and the accommodation can't be faulted. Along with the many activities on site and in the surrounding areas we had a holiday and birthday to really remember.
We stayed in one of your log cabins and would definitely recommend to our friends and family, it was high quality and homely, and have already booked to come back next year. A great location to explore North Norfolk.
We had a lovely lodge break with you last week (ending 29/4/11)From the first step into reception, we were welcomed with smiles and help. Nothing was too much for any of your staff to the little young lady who showed us to our lodge, to the reception staff who knew the answers or found out for us, to the young man on the buggy whose progress we blocked whilst loading for our return journey. I apologized for holding him up and he said, with a very broad smile, that it was no problem at all and to take our time. Everything was so peaceful and tranquil and it felt like there was all the time in the world. Everything was beautifully laid out allowing us to know what was going on during the day/week if we needed it. The lodge itself was adapted so that disabled/wheelchair users could use it. Wide doors, walk in shower, non-stop central heating if required, extra lovely fleecy blankets which my mother was particularly taken with as she is always cold, etc. We would definitely recommend it as a wonderful place to stay to friends and family. We received a very warm welcome despite being very early. When we were shown personally to our lodge our first impressions were WOW! Beautifully located, and stunning inside.
